During this wonderful retreat, Bénédicte, Yoga and Ayurveda teacher who lived six years in Nepal, will take good care of you and will lead you on your path to well-being.

Practical notes

This retreat is for anybody wishing to discover Ayurveda mixed with the practice of Yoga in a relaxing environnement.

It is as for beginners in Yoga as well as for confirmed practicionners who would like to combine Yoga and Ayurveda. It is for beginners in Ayurveda, the presentations will focus on the discovery of this discipline. 

This retreat gives the participants the opportunity to  use Ayurveda and Yoga in their daily life in a simple and enjoyable way.

Full board accommodation booking should be done separately in regards to the chosen place of the retreat.
